• Careers application: your name, email address, the role you’re applying for, a link to your résumé/portfolio/GitHub, a short message, and how you heard about us.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and your message.

We do not collect payment card or banking details through the Site.

• To respond to your inquiries and provide information you request.
• To keep records of our hiring and communications.

We process your data based on your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in recruitment and responding to inquiries.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet within our own Google Workspace account. Google acts only as a service provider on our behalf. Some data may be stored on Google’s servers outside India.

5. Who Can See It

Access is limited to authorised members of the Crossm team. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We keep application and inquiry data for up to 12 months after your last interaction, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

7. Cookies & Third-Party Services

• The Site uses Google Fonts, which may set cookies to serve fonts.
• We use Google Analytics to understand traffic (such as page views and visitor counts). It loads only after you accept cookies via our banner, and we have enabled IP anonymisation. If you decline, the analytics script does not load.
• We do not use advertising cookies.
• You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email .
