Crossm Academy · Project-led engineering

Learn to build.
Then prove it.

Practical learning paths for CSE, AI/ML and ECE students who want to work on autonomous machines—not just collect certificates. Build portfolio-ready projects using the same foundations behind robotics, drones and edge AI.

Choose your track

One mission. Three engineering paths.

Start with the discipline closest to your degree. Each path moves from fundamentals to a demonstrable capstone.

Important: Crossm Academy is an independent learning programme. Enrolment or course completion does not guarantee an internship, interview or employment at Crossm Systems. Hiring follows a separate selection process.
Build-to-apply pathway

Skills are useful. Evidence is better.

01

Learn

Build the technical foundations for your chosen engineering path.

02

Build

Complete projects with code, documentation and a working demonstration.

03

Demonstrate

Present your capstone and receive structured technical feedback.

04

Apply

If a relevant role is open, apply through the standard Crossm Careers process.

Questions
Are these degree or government-accredited programmes?

No. Crossm Academy courses are practical, non-degree skill programmes. Certificates recognise completion or verified project work; they are not university degrees or government licences.

Do I need a drone or expensive hardware?

No for Foundation and most Builder activities. Simulation-first projects keep the entry cost low. If a hardware kit is required, its specification and separate price will be shown before enrolment.

Does completing a course guarantee a Crossm job?

No. Academy admissions and company hiring are separate. A strong project can improve your portfolio, but all applicants follow the same role-specific selection process.

Which track should I choose?

CSE/ISE students should usually start with ROS2, AI/ML students with Edge AI, and ECE/EEE students with Embedded Systems. Students from other branches can choose based on their existing programming and electronics experience.

When do cohorts begin?

Initial cohort dates and seat limits will be announced after the launch list is formed. Contact the team to register your interest; do not pay until the schedule and policy terms are confirmed.
