Autonomous Robotics & ROS2
Linux, Python/C++, ROS2, Gazebo, SLAM, navigation and MAVLink.
You'll hold what you build. We fly our own drones on actual test fields, not simulations.
GPS-denied navigation, on-board inference, sensor fusion at the edge — not another CRUD app.
We're small. You'll have outsized ownership and your name on real systems from day one.
All positions are paid. We don't do "exposure-only" roles. Your work has value.
Most roles are remote. Some hardware work requires time in Afzalpur — we'll be clear upfront.
Founders review your code. You'll get real feedback, not just tickets to close.
Crossm Academy offers project-led learning paths based on the foundations our engineering roles use. Learn, build and create evidence of your work.
Linux, Python/C++, ROS2, Gazebo, SLAM, navigation and MAVLink.
PyTorch, OpenCV, detection, optimisation and real-time edge inference.
Embedded C, STM32/ESP32, sensors, FreeRTOS, control and telemetry.
Academy enrolment or completion does not guarantee an internship, interview or employment. Hiring decisions are made independently through the standard Crossm selection process.
Prototypes crash. Firmware breaks. That's the job. You'll learn more in 3 months here than in a year somewhere safe.
There's no one to hand things off to. You own your domain end-to-end. That's a feature, not a bug.
No approval chains, no pointless standups. If you have an idea, build it and show us. We'll ship or kill it the same day.
We don't have all the answers. The roadmap changes. If you need certainty, this isn't the right fit — and that's okay.
Fill out the form below. No corporate templates, no cover letters. Just show us what you can build.
